Is an attachment as good as a dedicated appliance?

Do I need original attachments?

How do I clean a mincer?

Can frozen meat be minced?

A mincer or a roller wants torque at low speed, which the mixer supplies. What damages the motor is forcing frozen or over-hard material, not the attachment itself.
