A mini oven is bought for the countertop and judged by what fits inside it, so this family lives or dies on the gap between internal and external dimensions — both published, rarely compared. A 30-liter oven that will not take a standard baking tray is a common and entirely avoidable disappointment. Beyond size: wattage, whether there is a fan, the temperature range and how low it will genuinely hold, the number of shelf positions, the trays and racks supplied, and whether the door glass is double. Where a maker publishes a tolerance on the thermostat we report it; where it does not, we say so rather than estimating.
