Ninja

Presets, a dough blade and a ceramic pot — the maker that names every function, and rarely its temperature

Ninja appears on this site in three families: multi-cookers, food processors and air fryers.

What we found writing the reviews

Function lists, not figures. Ninja names its programs clearly — Max Crisp, Bake, Proof, Sear/Sauté, Sous Vide — and publishes few of the temperatures behind them. The PossibleCooker PRO Plus lists Bake and Proof among nine functions, and its page publishes no proof temperature; see can I proof dough in a kitchen appliance.

The HyperHeat pressure cookers — reviewed in Blue Macaron, white and Stone Purple — are one 6.5-quart, 1,200-watt machine with a searing surface and a PFAS-free ceramic pot. The colors are priced differently on Amazon.com.

The only dough blade on the processor shelf. The Professional Plus BN601 adds a blunt dough blade and four Auto-iQ presets to a 9-cup bowl — see can I make bread dough in a food processor.

One European model. The AF500EU dual-zone air fryer on this site is the European version and has no US price; US dual-basket Ninja models carry a different reference. See what is a dual-zone air fryer and what is Max Crisp.
